Building a bayanihan oriented center
It is all about choices.
Yes, in building a center, planners should be ready to answer more than 1001 questions before they even declare their intention. In short, passion is not enough to build a center. A robust and comprehensive business plan must be first completed to continue thinking of building a center.

Although a center is a logical need and passion is the driving force that could build it, we still have to focus and zero in on what we intend to do. With a clarity of vision, our frantic passion for immigration reform will not be reduced as another transitory effort that swings and sways with the volatile tempers of society. For this center to persist, it needs a plan, a blue print, a universal design that can stand the wherewithals of human inconsistency. Building the structure one stone at a time, brick upon brick, mortar upon mortar....we will prevail.
